As a psychologist you can support the team in internal and external projects. When developing products and services, target groups should be identified and possible cognitive biases prevented.

Tasks

  • Creation of personas for a more focused development of projects

  • Identify possible cognitive biases and develop appropriate preventive interventions

  • Identify internal and external communication potentials

  • Use your strengths, whilst other skills are also welcome

  • Give presentations on behavioural and consumer psychological topics

Skills

  • The ability to take care of tasks and at the same time bring in your expertise

  • Open, honest and pleasant communication and behaviour in the team and towards customers

  • General interest in innovative topics and the consulting industry
