Client Relationship Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Relationship Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for further collaboration.
Key Responsabilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their business goals and how ILI.DIGITAL AG can support them.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our digital solutions.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for account growth.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of our solutions.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to improve them.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure they are satisfied with our services and identify areas for improvement.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects.
- Ensure that project timelines and budgets are met, and keep clients informed of progress and any changes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on client activities, including status updates and performance metrics.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in the digital solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in tracking, measuring, and drawing insights from KPIs
