Machine Learning – NLP Engineer
We are seeking a dedicated Machine Learning Engineer with a passion for Natural Language Processing (NLP) and data science to join our Data Science/AI team. As a key team member, you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying cutting-edge NLP and machine-learning solutions to solve complex business problems. Your expertise will drive advancements in our data-driven decision-making processes and contribute to the success of our organization. Successful candidates possess the following:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Natural Language Processing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with experience in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
- Strong background in machine learning, generative AI, and real-world AI applications
- Experience with large-scale distributed training on GPUs or TPUs
- Hands-on experience building and deploying NLP models in real-world applications, including text classification, named entity recognition, and language modelling.
- Familiar with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying NLP and machine learning solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models.
- Design and build scalable and efficient data pipelines for processing and transforming large volumes of textual data, ensuring data quality and availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists and Software Engineers, to integrate NLP and machine learning solutions into our products and services.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning research and apply best practices to improve existing models and algorithms.
- Utilize cloud-based platforms and infrastructure to deploy, monitor, and maintain NLP and machine learning models in production environments.
- Conduct performance analysis and optimization of NLP and machine learning algorithms, fine-tuning models for accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria for NLP and machine learning initiatives.
