AI Project Manager

As an AI Project Manager, you will lead the development of AI-driven products from concept to launch. Your strong technical understanding of AI and ability to align product strategies with business goals is crucial for delivering tailored solutions.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive projects that solve complex challenges and provide measurable results.

Key Responsabilities

Develop and implement product strategies tailored to AI technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Manage communication with key stakeholders to define scope, features, and success metrics.
Create implementation roadmaps, prioritize features, and establish timelines in collaboration with technical and business teams.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI-driven products and platforms, from conceptualization through development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
Ensure technical expertise in AI product development, making informed decisions that balance cutting-edge innovation with practical implementation.
Conduct research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for AI applications, positioning products effectively.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers and data scientists.
Facilitate the creation and maintenance of comprehensive product documentation.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in product or project management within a technology-driven environment, with significant expertise in AI projects.
In-depth understanding of Generative AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and other related technologies and their applications in product development.
Strong technical understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, generative AI, and advanced data analytics, with a proven ability to apply this knowledge to real-world products.
Demonstrated ability to lead and solve complex technical challenges, managing technical and business implications to ensure successful outcomes.
Strong problem-solving abilities, a data-driven approach to decision-making, and creativity in overcoming challenges.
Excellent teamwork and leadership skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field is highly desirable.
