ServiceNow Developer
We are seeking a dynamic ServiceNow developer to join our team.
With your expertise in JavaScript, web technologies, and IT service management (ITSM) processes, you will be responsible for customizing and configuring ServiceNow applications, creating workflows, integrating with other systems.
Key Responsabilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow Applications: create and modify ServiceNow applications and modules, including scripting, workflow administration, report setup, and integration.
- Implement Solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions using best practices.
- Integrate Systems: Design and implement integration solutions to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Automate Workflows: Develop automated workflows and processes within ServiceNow to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Perform Testing and Debugging: Conduct unit testing and debugging of solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and function as intended.
- Provide Support: Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and ensure smooth operation of implemented solutions.
- Document Solutions: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all developed solutions and configurations.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest developments and best practices in ServiceNow and related technologies to continually enhance your skills and the solutions you provide.
Skills
- Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, XML, CSS, and REST APIs.
- Experience in agile project environments (SCRUM or similar).
- Strong affinity for system integration using common interfaces.
- Experience with ServiceNow development or other ITSM solutions and ITIL practices is preferred.
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to take on responsibility and demonstrate solution-oriented work habits.
