EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO (Full- or Part-time)

Driving the organization by executing and supporting administrative activities of the management.
Karlsruhe, Germany (on-site)
Through your multi-layered skills, you understand how to have others' backs. You create magical moments for the team and our customers with your flair for special situations.

Tasks

  • You develop and implement long-term and forward-looking HR recruiting and retention strategies

  • You pre-select and interview potential candidates

  • You plan and organize recruiting events

  • You use your expertise to create concepts for the development and implementation of employer branding.

  • You plan, coordinate and manage the administrative functions in the HR department.

  • You are involved in the digital HR development.

Skills

  • Completed studies in the field of human resources management or business administration, psychology, or law.

  • Ideally, 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of human resources.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to turn ideas into valuable results.

  • You have negotiation skills and strong leadership qualities.

  • Outstanding sense of individual capabilities and the specifics of teams.

  • Command of the English language and experience in an international environment.
