Tasks
Coaching clients and project teams throughout the transformation process is one of your main tasks
Using your in-depth knowledge of methods and your expertise in the field of agility, you advise our clients and accompany organizations on scaling approaches in the field of digital business building.
You design and facilitate interactive training and workshops
Through your entrepreneurial way of thinking, you participate in the further development of our agile portfolio
As an agile coach, you help us shape the structures, working methods, and processes of our projects and ventures.
Skills
Completed studies in the field of computer science, industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable course of study with a strong IT connection.
Ideally, you bring 3-5 years of experience as an agile coach or scrum master in various agile projects.
Strong communication skills and the ability to turn ideas into valuable results.
High-quality awareness, strong team player qualities, and communication skills combined with strong organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with a self-reliant, proactive approach to work.
High communication, moderation and presentation skills .
Fun in the conception and implementation of training.
