SENIOR SALES MANAGER (SaaS)

Uniting New Business, Growth, and Customer Acquisition.
Karlsruhe, Germany (on-site)
You will take responsibility for sales activities and further develop a selected customer portfolio with a situation-appropriate and self-confident appearance toward customers.

Tasks

  • You identify and open up new markets and industries with your expertise.

  • You design targeted Land & Expand strategies in the development of customers.

  • you are responsible for the support and acquisition of top customers.

  • You support the Ventures team in business development activities.

  • You establish a sales pipeline and sales infrastructure, including the development of a dedicated sales team.

  • You train and support the project teams in sales activities.

Skills

  • Degree in business administration, engineering or a degree in computer science.

  • Ideally, 3-5 years of experience in sales.

  • Experience in sales of SaaS and digital service portfolios is an advantage.

  • Negotiation skills are your strength.

  • Understanding of agile software development and digital products.

  • Proactive communication and thinking

  • Fluency in the English language and experience in an international and multi-cultural environment
