As an AI Team Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our AI team across Lisbon, Lahore, and Karlsruhe, helping to establish efficient processes, enhance collaboration, and research cutting-edge IT tools to optimize productivity and quality.
Responsibilities
Process Optimization & Collaboration
- Support the AI team in defining and improving workflows between our locations in Lisbon, Lahore, and Karlsruhe.
- Assist in setting up best practices for cross-team communication and project tracking.
- Help implement tools that enhance transparency, knowledge sharing, and efficiency.
Research & IT Tool Evaluation
- Identify and evaluate IT tools to boost team productivity and project quality.
- Assess platforms for documentation, automation, and AI model lifecycle management.
- Support the implementation and onboarding of new tools to ensure seamless adoption.
Project Support & Documentation
- Assist in tracking project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
- Document workflows, guidelines, and best practices to create structured knowledge repositories.
- Prepare summaries and reports on key findings, tools, and industry trends.
General Support & Innovation
- Contribute fresh ideas to optimize AI-related operations.
- Assist in organizing internal meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- Enthusiastic about AI, technology, and workflow optimization.
- Ability to evaluate IT tools and present structured insights.
- Self-driven, curious, and eager to take ownership of tasks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across international teams.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus).
